How do I get a custom name on my sweatshirt?
All hooded sweatshirts come with a custom name printed on the back below the hood included if you would like. Please use the "note to seller" option upon checkout in paypal and specify which items receives which name if you are ordering multiple items. A confirmation email will be sent to verify for each order within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Yes, we provide an online sizing chart here.
How long will it take my order to ship?
We make an effort to ship every order as soon as we can. Because pieces are produced individually on a per-order basis however, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will ship via USPS ground. Shipping on orders is a flat rate of $7 for individual piece orders and packages will ship for free.
What is your return policy?
Because everything in the Holy Family store is custom made to order, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item, contact us and you will receive a replacement at no cost to you.
